Church Multiplication Residency
This eighteen month residency partners an ASE congregation with the congregations of a Collective Mission Cluster & the Alliance Southeast District; to plant a new congregation that has opportunity to flourish as a part of a multiplying movement of churches.
Pre-Residency
Phase One:

A community is identified for a future ASE church plant. Ideally, this is a determined through an established Collective Mission Cluster (CMC).
A church planting congregation is identified & engages the process for securing a church planting resident.
Prospective resident(s) identified & interviewed.
Selected resident undergoes assessment and approval for placement.
Phase Two:
Placement

Phase Three:
Partnership
Planting congregation, district & resident finalize agreement for the resident’s development and launch of the new plant.
Congregational involvement is established for the future plant (i.e. prayer, finances, core team members, etc.)
Core group is assembled & launch strategy established and employed.

Phase Four:
Planting
Final six months of residency includes regular pre-launch gatherings of core group.
Incarnational expressions begin in identified community.
Public launch/gatherings begin.
