Disaster Preparedness

Disaster Preparedness

Hurricane Season is upon us and we would like to help you and your family be prepared.  If you’ve lived in Florida for any length of time, you are probably aware of the items you need to have on-hand in case of a hurricane.  However, if you are new to the area and haven’t been through a hurricane, we want you to have the resources you need to help you get prepared.  For any type of disaster, has you covered.  Click on Plan & Prepare to create your own Family Emergency Plan. When you enter your local information, Emergency Management Contacts are provided for your specific area.

The following resource sites can serve to educate you on how to prepare for a disaster, provide checklists as well as safety information. (they also have a free App for your phone to help you locate open shelters, submit photos etc)

If you are interested in volunteering as a Disaster Relief Contact for your area, please contact the office at 407.823.9662.

CAMA Services

In times of crisis, God strategically and uniquely uses His people to be His instrument of hope.

CAMA Services is the relief and development agency within our U.S. Alliance movement.  Here in the United States and around the world, their priority is to serve vulnerable and under-served populations.

In caring for victims of natural disasters, CAMA responds alongside and through Alliance churches.  When a disaster hits, CAMA focuses on empowering the local church to meet immediate needs and be a catalyst towards a community's restoration.

In the case of a disaster in your own community, please contact our district office, your local pastor, or CAMA directly at
